This year, Sindh has had the most rainfall on record. Data on the country's rainfall from July 1 to August 30 has been made public by the Meteorological Department. According to the publicly available data, the average annual rainfall in the nation is 368 mm, compared to 118.7 mm on average. 210% more rain, in metres.

The Meteorological Department reported that Sindh has seen 508% more rainfall than average, the largest amount ever recorded in the entire nation.
